We aim to pamper the mind and spirit by empowering you to re-take responsibility for your own health.

In a family space away from everyday life, with a fine view of Mulacen, Spain's highest mountain, to the north and the sun shining on the Mediterranean to the south, the crystal clear air at our 1400m high Alpujarran mountain location is amplified by the positive energy projected from the Buddhist retreat space 3km away. Their prayer wheel and stunning stupha vibrate love all over the mountain side.

A part of our retreats is introducing our guests to the principle of intuitive eating, stripping down the choices with tools such as the partial fast allows a person less reliance on comfort or convenience eating, replacing the emphasis on natural cravings by placing the importance on every mouthful of food being the right one. Fasting need not be as scary as it seems, all we need is some help at first. We believe that our instincts are just underneath the surface and all we need to do to access them is to look a little bit deeper.

Re-evaluate the true needs of your body and soul, integrate this experience back into your everyday life and make positive changes.

We feel that if at all possible where our gusts are involved in a relationship it would be helpful if partners could support each other and so we offer the opportunity for guest/partner stays to promote understanding.

However we would like to offer anyone on a limited budget, in exchange for their normal weekly living costs the chance to stay with us. Anyone with a genuine desire to either heal themselves or simply begin the detoxification process would be welcome under these conditions.

Informal talking forums will be held as often as appropriate, open to any guests and visitors wishing to attend, where sharing inner beliefs could help to shed light on any possible idealistic changes necessary.
