Danny and Sam live with their children in Orgiva in southern Spain and have been following the raw path for about 2 and a half years. They are very active in the local raw food movement, initiating the monthly raw meeting and holding retreats at their finca in the mountains.

They have a stall at the weekly market stocking all kinds of raw delights including local fruits and vegetables, seaweeds like wakame and spirulina, their own cold pressed olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and olives and many other tasty sauces copied from their cooked counterparts, either preserved with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon or garlic. They use local plants such as wild mustard, mint, melde or fat hen, basil, almonds, walnuts and chilies to recreate popular condiments. They also collect local wild herbs and infuse oils and tinctures as simples for medicinal use." Following natures path we believe in working with the body’s process allowing it to reach its natural conclusions, whilst helping it along".
